I BROKE CAPTIVATE

I'm getting ready to launch a course on Captivate.fm and I used the AMIE dynamic content tool, and as I used Podpage for the Podcast Rodeo Show, when the dynamic content hit the player, it no longer worked with the website. I am the crash test dummy for podcasting. Their tool was interesting, and it wasn't that I broke captivate (their tool worked great) but it no longer played nice with Podpage. So if you are a captivate.fm user, don't use their AMIE tool if you're using Podpage. It should be fixed in January. For now, I just removed the ads from my episode.

TASCAM UPDATE
Sweetwater sent me a replacement unit in record time. Tascam has replied that they had planned on sending one, but (ah who cares... Sweetwater got me one in record time)

THE PODCAST BULLSH*T (No other word) IS WEARING ME OUT.

Joseph Wilbrand was trying to invent a honey-colored yellow dye to be used in clothing in 1863. He did, but this dye also had explosive qualities were later concentrated and turned into a weapon that was used extensively in World War II. What was it? TNT.

When I saw my first test episode come down on my computer I knew podcast could change the world through education (you know, the teacher in me). Every time I turn around there is another bad piece of advice that is taken as Gospel. They are taking something that can do so much good, and ruining it. I need to be honest, I'm a little weary.
