I had people ask for more items on my Podcast Gear Page. So I added them
I received feedback from people that let me know my sign up page was awful. So I changed it.
I received feedback from people who said they didn't understand what I did. So I changed it.
I had people who wanted me to "mentor" them, but I had no real program. So I created one.
Last week I received the nastiest feedback I've ever received (including the phrase You're a joke) I talk about it at Here
The beautiful thing about podcasting is:
1. Your are 100% in control
2. You OWN your show (you can't say you 100% own anything)
3. Your show is a recipe, and you can add or remove ingredients any time you want.

WOW You Should Listen to This
I listened to Making Obama (don't get crazy with politics) because it was originally called "Making Oprah" even if you hate Oprah as a podcaster you should listen to this. In it you hear how:
- Oprah was hired because she was the opposite of what was popular
- She put "blinders" on and doesn't pay attention to her competition
- She has made mistakes and learned from every one of them
- She has changed her format multiple times
It's a really well done podcast. For me, I downloaded all the episodes and then in my app (overcast) I set that show to listen from the oldest to the newest.
