I am doing an experiment with launching a new podcast. I want to see the effect of being in the New and Noteworthy section of iTunes. For example, I've already received 200 downloads, but I'm NOT in New and Noteworthy. I've got 17 reviews, but i'm still not in. So I need you to go to
